Items found across our property will be returned to Guest Services at the East Chalet and stored in our Lost & Found. If you’ve misplaced an item while at Brimacombe, please fill out the form below and we will do our best to help you find it.
Please note: We hold valuable items that have not been claimed including wallets, cell phones, credit cards, and identification for 90 days. Items of lesser value are held for 14 to 30 days, dependent on the item. Anything left longer may be disposed of or donated.
Claiming your lost items:
If you have been contacted that we have located your item(s), we can hold them for 30 days so that you can pick them up from the Main Office in the East Chalet during our hours of operation. Please contact Brimacombe before coming out to arrange for pick-up of your items.
